    2 pm – Start of the Kyorugui Competition
    5 pm – Protocol Ceremony
    8 pm – Closing, Awards Ceremony and “Prize Money”

Participants

Selections of national and international clubs, associations and federations.

Competitions Rules

All the teams have the right to participate with as many athletes as they want in all the categories and strands.

All graduations are allowed.

Each team will have to present an arbitrator in the areas in which are inscribed. The selected referees will have free lunch and a payout of 10.00€.

The selection of the referees will be conducted by the referees director, with preference federative referees or international referees.

The accreditation in poomsae and the weighing in kyorugui will be according to the WTF rules.

ALL ATHELETS MUS CARRY THE IDENTIFYING CARD IN THE DAY OF THE CONTEST

Awards

In the poomsae competition, all the Benjamin and Benjamins will receive a participation medal, and the competition for this categories it is informal.

Individual Poomsae, male, female, pairs and trios:

  • 1st — 1 medal
  • 2nd — 1 medal
  • 3rd — 1 medal

Individual Kyorugui, male and female:

  • 1st individual — 1 trophy
  • 2nd individual — 1 medal
  • 3rd individual — 1 medal

Teams

  • 1st teams —- 1 Trophy + “Prize money 300€”
  • 2nd teams —- 1 Trophy + “Prize money 150€”
  • 3rd teams —- 1 Trophy + “Prize money 50€”

Score for teams

Largest number of individual points, which only counts for scoring athletes who have made, at least, on Kiorugui / Poomsae

In the event of a tie, the team with the highest number of first places, will be declared the winner. If the situation of a tie persists, it will be applied the same criterion, successively, for the second and third places.

If the tie still prevails, will win the team with lower average age.

  • For each 1st place – 7 points
  • For each 2nd place – 3 points
  • For each 3rd place – 1 point

Teams score will be the sum of the poomsae and kyorugui points scored, and only the teams that participate in Poomsae and Kyorugui are candidates to win the “prize money”.

Poomsae Competition

Will be based on the WTF rules, with the exception of the dimensions of the areas of competition that only own 8m x 8m, with three arbitrators by area.

Benjamin – Up to 8 years (born before 2004 including)
Infant – Since 9 years (born in 2003) up to 11 years
Notice: The competition between Benjamins and Infant is informal.
Cadets – Since 12 years (born in 2000) up to 13 years
Junior – Since 14 years (born in 1997) up to 18 years
Sénior A – Since 19 years (born in 1993) up to 30 years
Sénior B – Since 31 years (born in 1981) up to 40 years
Sénior C – More of 41 years (born before 1971 including)

Kyorugui Competition

According with the W.T.F. rules. (ith DAEDO protector scoring systems, for Junior and Senior divission, without video replay).

The athletes in the Veterans division will compete with regular body protectors, non-electronic, where the techniques performed to the head will not be allowed.

It is the responsibility of each athlete / club acquiring the respective electronic foot protector (Daedo E-FOOT PROTECTOR), as well as all other equipment required, without which they cannot compete.

The fighting will last for three (3) rounds of one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds, with 45 (forty five) seconds of rest time.

This tournament is intended only for athletes in the following categories (M/F):
Juniors – Athletes born in 1995, 1996, 1997 e 1998
Seniores – Athletes born in 1996 up to 30 years including
Veteranos – Athletes with 31 or plus

    MALES: -45kg, -55kg, -63kg,, -73kg- +73kg
    FEMALES: -44kg, -49kg, -55kg, -63kg,  +63 KG
  • SENIORES
    MALES: 58kg, -68kg, -80kg, +80kg
    FEMALES: -49kg, -57kg, -67kg, +67kg
  • VETERANOS
    MALES: -75kg, +75kg
    FEMALES: -65kg, +65kg

Fees

  • Poomsae competition of Benjamins and Infant:
    First Deadline – up to 06 of June – 6.00€
    Second Deadline – up tp 12 of June – 8.00€
  • Poomsae e Kyorugui competition:
    First Deadline – up to 06 of June – 10.00€
    Second Deadline – up to 12 of June – 12.00€

Inscriptions including lunch:

  • Poomsae competition of Benjamins and Infant:
    First Deadline – up to 06 of June – 12.00€
    Second Deadline – up to 12 of June – 14.00€
  • Poomsae e Kyorugui competitions:

It will be provided free transportation between the pavilion and the restaurant.

It will not be allowed any registration or payment outside the deadlines.

The inscription of the same athlete in Poomsae and Kyorugui will double.

Raffle

The draw will be held on June 14, 2012, at 9.30 pm, in classroom 2 of the Pavilion of EB 2/3 of Lourosa.

Other information

It is forbidden the access to the premises to those who do not use sports equipment (technical, delegates and organization members).
All the coaches in the ring must use sportswear and sports shoes.

Medical Assistence /Health Care

The organization will provide ambulance and physiotherapists.

Expenses

All travel expenses, accommodation, food, medical and others, will be the responsibility of athletes and clubs.

Delays, errors in the registration or rejection of athletes in the weighing of the participating teams, will condition the participation in the event, no refund of the money spent on applications or other.

The Organization is not responsible for any physical damage, theft or otherwise, that may occur inside or outside the sports arena

Complains

Only written protests will be accepted with a deposit of € 50, within 15 minutes after the terminus of the fight or incident, which will be refunded if the protest is accepted.

Omissions

Any case not provided for herein, shall be considered and decided by the organization of the Open Taekwondo Lourosa.
